The OneClickCover browser extension does not collect or store any personal data on its own servers. It only sends the text you select (such as a job description) to our web app, where your cover letter is securely generated and stored as part of your account history. The extension may keep a local copy of your recent activity (like cover letter titles and IDs) for quick access, but this data remains on your device and is not synced with our servers. Deleting items in the extension does not affect your saved data in the web app, and vice versa.
We collect:
• Account data – your email address, and login credentials.
• Usage data – how you use our platform (for example, number of cover letters generated).
• Profile and job info – details you upload or enter, such as your CV, experience, and job descriptions.
• Payment data – handled securely by Polar (polar.sh). We never store your full payment details.
• Analytics data – collected anonymously via Vercel Analytics to understand app performance.
We use your data to:
• Provide and improve OneClickCover’s services
• Generate and personalize AI-powered cover letters
• Communicate updates or respond to support requests
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
We don’t sell your data.
We only share it with trusted third parties who help us operate our service (e.g., Polar for payments, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI generation, Supabase for database and file storage).
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our trusted cloud database and file storage provider.
Supabase complies with modern privacy and security standards. We may also use additional hosting services to ensure reliability and performance.
You can delete your account or request data removal anytime by emailing contact@oneclickcover.io.
